Latest update - Lightroom

After the latest update of Lightroom (v 9.1) is seems as Lightroom can't find the external hard drives if there is a "ä" in the name of the hard drive (I guess the same goes for “å” and “ö”). If I rename the hard drive (without a “ä”), then Lightroom will find it, but I can’t move the files. What to do?

Rename the disk, then use the links given above to 'relink' the images.

Did you see in the Lightroom gallery an exclamation mark at the appropriate pictures? 

This means that Lightroom can't find the original file.
