Latest version of LR is back to unstable and buggy mobile sync

Lightroom's mobile sync had become more reliable for the past year and change, but with the latest version we are back to unstable sync, some of the following issues have been experienced:

> some stills and videos not getting synced thru

> multiple sync errors building up over time

> have been forced to wipe my LR cloud assets and restarat fresh, since the "rebuild sync data" no longer works and/or is not recommended

> after restarting a fresh cloud library, selecting some collections from my desktop library to "share" and/or sync to cloud, LR is scrambing/mixing up the collection names so I have to manually rename them to the correct name
