Layered Edits Not Exporting

Lightroom Classic layered editing is not working properly.  I was just on with support for about an hour and they kept trying to make the file export with the layered edits, and they were unable to assist me in making it work. They recommended I use Photoshop instead.... it is disappointing to not be able to use a feature within a system.... Please fix the layered edits, so they will export with the file.  For example, if you look at the attached file, the thumbnail is showing the image fully edited, but when you open the file, it is darker and not applying the layered edits that appear on the thumbnail version.

Lightroom Classic layered editing is not working properly.More than a bit confused. Perhaps you are using the wrong words Their is no layer capability in LrC.Are you referring to Masks?Are you refering to in image edited in PS, then brought back into LrC?Can you create a video capture of your problem. In LrC, select a photo to edit. start your video capture, accomplish your workflow to get you to the point where you are ready to export. And walk thru the Export process, then stop the video capture, then post it in a reply (as a link, in something like DropBox)
