Learn More Link - Lack Detail to Support [Error with local sync database]

This message just started up when I go to access Lightroom Classic on my computer, befor this the the vast majority of my images were coming up blank in my Library.

 

I am looking for a more detail explaination to correct the issue or be able to contact someone for assistance.
