Lens Blue Greyed out on latest updated of LR on Win10 pro

Since I updated LR Classic the Lens Blur section is completely greyed out. Doesn't matter if you check apply or not.

Yes thank you. I do know that. Nothing clicks in that panel. It just stays greyed out. Nothing works in that panel. You can't click apply.

I'm having the same problem. I'm updated, current version of LR. Box is grayed out and can't click Apply.
