Lens Blur not working on Lr and LrC

Heya! Having problems in both Lr & LrC. Every time I apply Lens Blur it says: "some Ai settings need be recomputed", I select Update and it tells me Something went wrong. Doint this on both Lr & LrC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have totally the same error starting and I have no option to change graphic processor from OFF to auto or other. Hope that someone who has the same issue can share how to solve this?
