I had to reformat my laptop and all my settings in Lightroom are now gone, I  just downloaded Lightroom classic 2019cc and i would like to know how do i set up Lightroom so when i import new photos it automatically applies lens correction for all my lenses.

Check the option to apply the lens profile. Then update your camera defaults with this option (hold down the alt key while pressing the ‘Reset’ button). Do this for each camera. Alternatively you can create a preset with this option, and then apply the preset on import.

Select an image without any edits. Go to the Develop module, select Lens Corrections and check the option to apply lens corrections. Then hold the alt-key and click on the 'Reset' button. You'll get a dialog where one of the options is to update the camera defaluts with the current settings.

Or click on the plus icon at the top of the presets panel and select the option to create a new preset. When you import images, select this preset in the 'Apply During Import' block.

Then go to https://www.lightroomqueen.com/shop/ and get the free Quick Start eBook (or a paid one that is more complete). It sounds you need it...
