Lens Profile - Leica M - Summarit 21mm f2.8

Does someone have a lens profile for the lens above and if yes can I access and how do I save it in Lightroom Classic CC?

Lightroom Classic CC supports the below Leica M lenses and have the lens profiles available in the Drop-down menu under the Lens correction menu:
