It would appear that you sign into your Windows computer using a MS account. As a result OneDrive is being automatically synced to various Windows User System Library (Folders), including Camera Roll, Documents, Music, Pictures, Saved Pictures, Videos, and perhaps Downloads, perhaps others (I do not do this, so my knowledge of the total list of folders may be wrong) And the Users Library (as seen in your LrC Library Path).
I blame Microsoft for this. They have been heavy handed in basically forcing that upon users. Some of us avoid MS accounts, and use Local Accounts.
As a result, your catalog is automatically being synced to OneDrive on the Cloud. Each and every time you touch that catalog, each and every time you even think about that catalog, it gets synced to OneDrive. This will slow everything down. If you are having a bad day on the Internet, then slower. If Microsoft is having a bad day (at whatever server your OneDrive is talking to/from) even slower.
And it is just possible, that on a very very bad day, your catalog may get corrupted (rare)
Some state that LrC plus OneDrive were made in Heaven, others say Hell. You can find several Discussions on this in the LrC community.
You may want to consider divorcing LrC catalog from OneDrive. Either by altering your OneDrive settings for sync, or by moving that catalog to a folder not associated with OneDrive. Make sure you have a good backup before either.
If you decide to move the catalog, then create a root leval folder with a name you lioke that is not one of the Library Folders. Perhaps MyLightroom, or MyPhotography, or Rumpelstiltskin, or GrumpyGremlins , whatever, anything other than your User folder, or Pictures, etc.
