Library to Development Module not using same image

When I have an image selected in the Library module, and switch to the Development module, using either 'd' or clicking on the menu options, the development module shows me a different image.

Using the film strip works fine, and in fact, no matter what I have selected in the library module, the development module shows me the image from the film strip.

I rarely use the film strip, I have always selected my image in the library module and then switched to the development module - so this is a big change.

Is it intended (it's very confusing if so), or configurable in the new Classic CC.  This behaviour is new in this update.

    I can't reproduce this, this evening.  The Library module selection and the film strip selection are now synced, i.e. changing one changes the other and hence the Develop module gets the right one.  That wasn't the case yesterday, they were 'de-linked'.  Closing this however, since I can't reproduce.
