You could try the Vaccum command inside an SQLite editor.. e.g. https://sqlitestudio.pl/  I'd try with a copy of the file first. This can sometimes remove corrupt tables and allow you to access long enough to export the catalog to a new file.

Your catalog is corrupted and cannot be used. Please restore a recent backup copy of your catalog.

Hi, we're sorry about the trouble with the Lightroom Catalog!

Could you share the version of Lightroom Classic you're using along with your computer's operating system? Is the catalog saved on your computer's local storage or an external drive?

If it's on an external drive, try moving the catalog to your computer's local storage and then try to run the repair. Also, you can try to create a catalog locally and then import the images from the corrupt catalog into the new catalog. You can learn more about it here: https://adobe.ly/4nvBANp

Let us know if this helps!
Thanks,
