Lighroom classic not working

I downloaded Lightroom classic, recently a problem occured. Whenever I press open or double click on the Lightroom classic Icon, nothing happens. The application doesn't open, or atleast not visibly. When I go to my task manager to see which apps are running, Lightroom classic is in there. Which I find weird, since It won't show up on my screen or work. How can I fix this?
