Lighroom not importing all images on one computer but fine on another

As in the title, I am importing say 5000 RAW files from a hard drive (done a million times) and am only seeing say 4500 images imported but there is clearly 5000 chosen to import. Moving over to another computer - the import works from the same drive just fine.

Any ideas whats happening on one comp?
