Light Room Classic will not start Mac

I was able to use previously; i restarted computer, uninstalled, reinstalled, updated. Cannot get Light Room Classic to load. When i click on the app it bounces and acts like it's going to start w/ that start up picture then it just ends.  help??

And did you check fir a lock file that did not get deleted?

How do I do this? I did also run onyx. The guy above you said to sign in on another account--like make another account on my computer and sign in? that sounds like a pain in the butt?

be very careful to delete the correct file if it exists 

If no lock file, then that was not the problem

Try logging into another account (you may need to make one), still not launching? 

Try starting up in Safe mode (hold down Shift Key when booting), better?
