Hi

I purchase Light room 2022 downloaded on my old computer

had to replace my PC and upgrade to windows , can not transfer light room , can you help with taht please ,

i down loaded the app, i can not even sign in to it

You cannot transfer software from one computer to another. For your new computer, you have to download a new copy of the software from Adobe and install that. If you are having problems, please provide details — tell us step-by-step what you did until you get to the step that doesn’t work. Tell us the error message when it doesn’t work.

Also please be specific and tell us what Adobe plan you are subscribed to (you can’t actually purchase Lightroom).
