Light Room Sync and cloud storage & sync issues

I have Lightroom classic and keep my images on my own on-premise storage. Somehow, sometime, Lightroom sync got turned on and it tried to load 31,000+ images onto my cloud. If I did this I do not know how. I now have run out of 100 GB of Adobe Cloud storage and 28,600+ sync issues, which I assume is what is eating this storage. I can see that I can delete those sync issues (images) one by one, but that is insane. How do I delete the Lightroom sync issues and stop loading my on premis images in the cloud. How do I get rid of the 28k+ sync issues?
