Lightroom 11.4 Classic corrupt rendering for Canon R5 RAW image in develop module

Rendering for Canon R5 RAW image in Windows Lightroom 11.4 Classic develop module attached above.  Renders correctly in library module of LR in PS and Camera Raw.  Renders in Lightroom 11.4 Classic develop module correctly after saving from PS and Camera RAW but not when image initially opened in Develop.  Problem did now exist until before update to Lightroom 11.4 Classic.

 

Windows 10 latest update.  CPU and graphics card work normally.  GPU stress tested and passed.

 

Ideas?
