Lightroom 11 missing profiles after update

I updated to Lightroom 11 on my Windows 10 laptop yesterday and my Camera Profiles have all disapeared along with the option to select Camera Profiles. I've tried re-importing but it keeps giving me the message that I've already imported them. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing in the profile Browser.

I'm feeling a bit daft at the moment, because I selected a Tiff by mistake and spent a long time trying to find out what was wrong. Thanks for your help.
