Lightroom 12.3 Crashing on Startup on Mac Studio Max (Fine on 12.2.1)

I have tried several times now to update to 12.3, and it will immediately crash on startup. When I go back to 12.2.1, I have no issues. I'm running a Mac Studio Max.. Anyone else having this issue?

I had the same problem on my Mac.The suggested workaround in the post above solved the problem.
