Lightroom 12.4 crashes using crop tool consistently

Lightroom has been crashing more and more lately when i use the crop tool. Today it is at its worst; crashes EVERY time I go into the crop tool. I thought it was my second monitor at first, nope. Turned that off - have updated graphics drivers, tried turning GPU acceleration off, reset LR preferences, nothing is working. This problem appeared with the most recent update. How do I roll back? I am unable to get any work done because of this!

    Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

    535.98 is the most recent Studio Driver (and Game Ready Driver) -- Nvidia recommends the Studio Driver is tested and optimized for creative apps. Even though you've got the GPU disabled, the graphics driver is still used for display operations. While it's possible that this most recent driver has bugs in it causing your symptoms, and Nvidia has released drivers recently with bugs affecting GPU acceleration of LR AI commands, I think it's unlikely in your case -- we would have seen many more reports of problems with Crop.
     
    Rolling back to 12.3.1 is a good thing to try. If that doesn't help, post back here -- there are other last-ditch troubleshooting steps.

    In the Creative Cloud app, on the line for Lightroom Classic, click on the three dots at the far right. From there, click on Previous Versions. Choose the one you want to roll back to.
