Lightroom 13.3 no longer recognising lens & not finding profile

Since installing 13.3, Lightroom no longer shows profile corrections for my Sony 85mm 1.8 FE lens.

It recognises the lens as usual in Library mode, but in Develop mode, it A. doesn't auto-recognise and apply the correct profile, and B. offers no Sony options other than a Sony DT 18-200 lens when trying to designate the correct profile manually.

This worked seamlessly previously. Is there some sort of broken link to a profile library than I can fix, or something else to do?

I'd simply downgrade to an earlier LR version but given part of installing the current version of LR was updating the catalogue file to this version, I'm not sure that would be as easy as all that.

I think I can see the problem being something else - when importing my shoot, for some reason Lightroom only imported JPEGs and not the correponding RAW files (I always shoot both concurrently). Maybe profiles cant be applied to JPEGs.

In that case the problem now is how to get LR to import RAWs by default again as it always has previously. Glad I haven't cleared my cards yet.

Oh not importing the raws doesn't sound good. When you imported, did you select the SD card in the top devices section or the lower Files section? I'm wondering if it's specific to one mode and not the other. Both file formats are on the same card?

@Victoria Bampton LR Queen QE advised last week that 'Devices' is broken and has been for some time!

Fwiw, I have an outstanding bug for importing via 'Devices'. The import will range from taking hours through only a partial import. The actual outcome being dependent on whether you allow LrC to completely enumerate the import window or not. To work around the bug,  the default import option is now set to the 'Files' section when an SD card is inserted. Not much help, imo, if you didn't know that 'Devices' is broken.
