Hi,

I've upgraded my iMac this week after struggling with a 2011 model to run Adobe Lightroom. I am absolutely beside myself that after investing in a 3k top of the line iMac.

4.2Ghz i7, 40 Gig Ram, 1TB SSD, Radeon 580 8GB 5K 27" with the entire library housed on a Lacie Thunderbolt 10TB 5x HDD RAID-0 array Write-763.5 Mbs Read-808.5 Mbs with the catalog on the SSD Write-2,019 Mb/s Read-2,170 Mb/s that the performance of Lightroom is absolutely shocking. The scroll speed of the library is so stuttery with all previews 1x1 pre-rendered.

I know Lightroom gets a bad rap but this bad? Could it be Mac OS High Sierra?

I can't believe how Adobe can charge for this and not address its issues.
