Lightroom 2021 not responding

Question

For past couple few months, my Lightroom C not responding it freezs. Its been reinstalled I have tried everything i can think of to fix this problem. Nothing is working. I am motorsports photographer drag racing action photo's. I have windows 10 pro can anybody help me figure out why this is happing, also anytime I try using lightroom it kicks on my PC fan everytime never did this before. It seems to gotten worse with these new updates. Need Help paying for this cant edit my work.

Mine kept doing this last year every time I went to import images. If it's doing that for you the work around is actually going to file and opening it instead of importing.

Now my latest problem is that it just crashes on startup and I can't even use the program at all. It has so many issues all the time, they need to do something about it.
