Lightroom 5.2 to 5.7 - How to Update - Broken/Non Existent Links

Greetings,

I have a physical disc copy of "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5" and am currently operating with version 5.2.

Everything was fine with version 5.2 until I recently tried to edit RAW files from my newly purchased Nikon D610.

Apparently, version 5.2 does not recognize RAW files from the Nikon D610.

Hoping for an easy fix, I went under the "Help" tab and selected "Check for Updates" within the software.

The resultling link has led me down a rabbit hole to other links across Adobe's online presence with no solution to my problem.

I know I'm not the first person to have this issue nor the first to post about it, however, I figured I'd give it a try.

Please help if you can and thank you.

Can you post a link to other thread(s) regarding this issue thanks? If they are easy for you to find they are often pretty enlightening . . .

Adobe has removed older version from the web.

You have to contact Adobe directly for a download link. Have your serial number and details of original purchase available. Make it clear you aren't looking for support for an older product but need a download link. Click the link below and scroll down the page to Individual “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with an Adobe agent.
