Lightroom 5 Error 404 from purchase history

Hi! I bought a new laptop and went to download the old version I bought in 2013 to my new laptop and the link sends me to a page with a 404 error. Chat told me to go here and now I am stumped Lightroom stand alone verson 5

      If you had bought the license of Lightroom 5 directly from Adobe you'll find the download link in your Adobe account.

      Otherwise you have to contact the Adobe support.

      Hello . I have the same problem . I have a new laptop with Windows 10 Home operating system . I was trying to download Lightroom 5 through my Adobe account by clicking on the link [order number and then Downloads and serial numbers } but I am getting Error 404

      and the text

      Where can i find the link with compatible download ?

      Let me add that "IF" you get the download for that version of LR you make a COPY of it so you never have to download it again. Mkae that copy on a CD/DVD or USB thumb drive.

      Actually make several copies of it.
