Lightroom 5 exported image shifts color when uploaded to a website on Windows 10

After I edit photos in LR5, when I go to upload them on a printing site, the image comes up correct for a second color then changes to a blueish/ grey tint. Or the opposite happnes when I view in Photo viewer, the images comes up greyish then quickly turns to correct color ...??? The image prints correct, but showes on my screen different tint ??? this is driving me crazy!! what is wrong ? I use Windows 10
