Lightroom 6.14 Problem

Hallo  und guten Abend,

 

ich habe LR 6.00 als CD Version mit Ser. Nr. und online upgrade auf 6.14.

Jetzt ist mein PC abgestürzt, und div. Programme beschädigt gewesen. Ich habe alles wiederhergestellt,

leider ist LR auf Vers. 6.00 geblieben. Auto download auf 6.14 geht nicht mehr.

Daher habe ich hier bei adobe die Datei LIGHTROOM_6_LS11 mit 1,1GB Größe runtergeladen.

System WIN 10, 64 bit.

 

Da auf dem Rechner LR 6.00 wieder mit 15.000 bearbeiteten Fotos läuft, stelle ich die Fragen ob ich die

Datei entpacken und installieren kann, so dass diese sich einpflegt. Oder installiert sich LR komplett neu,

und alle bearbeiteten Fotos zerstört.

 

Danke im voraus für Hilfe.

The edits are in the catalog, so installing LR 6.14 will not cause edits to be lost.

After installing, point LR to the catalog file, or double-click the catalog file to launch LR.

You will of course need the serial number, and if LR 6 was purchased as an upgrade, you will also need the serial number from a previous version.

 

The catalog is completely independent of the installation, and the default location is in the Pictures folder in your user account. If you can't find it, do a search for files with the LRCAT extension using the File explorer.

Happy new year for all people in this forum and everywhere.

 

I made it,

 

i install the file, and my Lightroom Version 6.14 run very good with all pictures i made.

 

I am very Happy about it. Thanks to all for your help.

The good news is, you can (should be able to) get a modern version and update your catalog.
