Lightroom 6.14 reinstalation

Hello i've problem; I've orginal Adobe Lightroom 6.14 i've bought it in 2018 and yesterday i,ve to reinstal it;

during instalation ask for sign to adobe to give serial number;

after instalation LR don't work on windows 10; adobe aplication menager starts for few second and nothing;

on https://account.adobe.com/products my lightroom licence was registered

what can i do ?
