Bonjour,

 

Impossible d'ouvrir Lightroom 6 (licence achetée en 2019) - rien ne se passe lorsque je clique sur l'icône du logiciel.

Essaye Hold Shift + Option tout en cliquant sur l'icone LR et aller rapidement dans le Menu Preferences de LR à l'ouverture et Reset Preferences. Une dizaine d'essais peuvent être nécessaires. Ça fonctionne sur mon Imac.

Several reports are appearing of Lightroom v6.0 not starting in Windows.

Maybe Windows updates have changed something that prevents v6.0 opening. ('Face Detection' is known to do this.)

v6.14 might work if you update to 6.14

I agree with your comments. I would like to introduce Ver .6.14, where can I get the download files as to Ver.6.14?  regards,

Save the installation file for further usage. It's not sure how long tihs files will be available.

Vous pouvez aussi essayez de desinstaller et puis reinstaller le logiciel.

Bonjour,
J'ai un HP Pavilion sous windows 10 famille.
J'ai déjà désinstallé et reinstallé le logiciel.
Depuis mon compte Adobe, je n'ai plus le visuel de la ligne correspondant à
Lightroom 6.
