Lightroom 6 Activation problem - Serial number not working

Hello, I purchased Adobe Lightroom 6 many years ego and I have a valid serial number. I'm now trying to reinstall it on a new windows 11 computer from the original CD, but the installation keeps asking for an Adobe account login, even though I am not using Creative Cloud.

I just want to activate the perpetuall license I paid for.

Please help me unlock the software. I believe this is not fair for a product I legally purchased.

Adobe has stooped supporting Lightroom 6 several years ago. Also the activation server are shut down.

Try to do a offline activation.
