Lightroom 6 Camera raw v9.0

Question

I have tried to reload Lightroom CC numerous times and I get LR6 with Camera Raw 9.0. Prior to these attempts the program was correct and imported my Olympus raw files. What I now have  is LR showing the above version with NO dehaze  and NO transform sections. I used to use the standalone LR but signed up to CC nearly a year ago. I have tried the support and the people who have attempted to deal with this via remote access have not solved this. It seems that Adobe download is stuck on Version 6 and not Lghtroom CC,..........help.

So you've downloaded and installed the LR 6.12 patch and you still have LR 6.0? That seems unlikely, at least without your reporting an error. Did you only use the first link under Application Installers, which is the 6.0 version? We're asking you to install the patch linked further down.

LR 6 and LR CC use the same installer, and are basically identical.

When you sign in/activate with a serial number, you get LR 6 (standalone), and certain features are disabled.

If you have a CC subscription, sign in with your Adobe ID, and you will get LR CC, with the extra features enabled.

If you did a reinstall, you will have the base version - 2015.0 - Dehaze was introduced in version 2015.1.

Use either the CC Desktop app or Help > Updates in Lighroom to update to the latest version, which is 2015.12.

If the updater doesn't work (not uncommon), download the 2015.12 installer from here Download Photoshop Lightroom (listed under Lightoom 6) and install it manually.

And, BTW, Camera Raw is and integral part of Lightroom, and is updated through regular Lightroom updates.
