Lightroom 6 can't open after installing

I already had LR 5 instead of upgrade I buy full LR 6, after I did install LR6 when I try to open it does open but pop out a massage (a problem caused the program to stop working correcty.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".  Now I don't know what should I do, is it my window problem or LR?  Thanks a lot for you help.
