Lightroom 6 deactivation on no longer existing computer
Hi.
I have noticed that the problem occurs many times.
Once the hard drive is damaged, there is no way to deactivate the used LR6. On the website and forum the only answer is to contact the sales department. There is not a single e-mail on the site, and especially no phone number for adobe in my country.
I had the same problem with lr 5 and had to buy a new license for lr 6 and now same thing. If the only answer I got in 2018 is ("Nothing can be done"), then of course I will buy a new license, but certainly alternatives to adobe. This is probably the only <profanity removed> company that uses such a solution (next to apple) to force users to buy a new license even though you have already bought it (in my case already 2)
Has anyone managed to solve this problem or look for alternatives to lightroom
