Lightroom 6 Demands an Update

Hey ya'll. I have lightroom 6 and while opening it, my computer froze and I had to do a hard restart. Now when I try to start lightroom, it tells me that my browser or operating system is no longer supported and needs to be updated. As far as I can tell I'm up to date on everything and something went wonky when my computer needed to be restarted. Any advice on how to get lightroom running again?
