I have lightroom 6 and when i want to export an edited photo from my computer to another with lightroom 6 the image is still edited but when I go into Develop all the settings are reset. How do I export my photos between the two computers with all the settings?

Exporting the photo and then importing it on another computer is not the way to do this.

You want to transfer a catalog file to the 2nd computer. Instructions: In Lightroom, you select the desired photo(s) and then File->Export as Catalog (check "include negatives") and move the exported catalog and related files to the 2nd computer. Then, in Lightroom on the 2nd computer, use File->Import from Another Catalog.
