Lightroom 6 - HDD Crashed, Need Help Removing License Info

Hi - I have Lightroom 6 installed on my laptop & PC, recently my HD crashed and required replacement. When reinstalling, I found out that my s/n can only be active on 2 devices at a time, but with the old HD unoperable I have no way of signing out.

Please help so that I can reinstall.
