lightroom 6 license

hi, currently I'm having problem of using my lightroom since I change from desktop to laptop. I purchase the licensed lightroom 6 and now I transfer it to laptop. my license cant recognize by adobe cloud. please help how to recover my lightroom 6. Thanks

    Lightroom 6 is an perpetual license and has nothing to do with Adobe Creative Cloud.

    You can activate the LR6 license on two computers. Possible this limit is reached. Do you have deinstalled LR on you desktop before you have tried to activate LR on your laptop?

    Do you got an error message and what's the exact error message?

    Activation limit reached or Sign-in failed error
