Lightroom 6 (single licence) - Error when launching the SW

I regularly buy my license for Lightroom 6, through the Adobe account. I downloaded and installed the product, regular registered it. When I launch the SW by clicking on the icon I see on my desktop (also running the exe file as administrator), the SW show me the below error message. The SW is not able to open the catalog due to an unespected error. Even if I tried to choose manually another catalog I'm currently unable to open it and Lightroom didn't run (no means to run and open Lightroom).

    Please clarify what you mean when you say that you "regularly buy" your license for Lightroom 6. You should only have to purchase the license for Lightroom 6 once. There will be no future standalone licenses available to purchase. So it's not clear to me what you mean.
