lightroom 6 still not support RAW dual pixel

I just purchased a upgraded version of LR6, according to the adobe sale person, I can upgrade to LR6 to get it to recognize my raw dual pixel file format. After spending $76, it still not able o read this file. Can I ask for money back return?

    CR2 files from the Canon 5d mk iv are supported in the latest version of LR. All the regular editing tools are available but dual pixel raw can only be adjusted in Canon DPP software.

    Which camera? Do you use the latest version of Lightroom?
