Lightroom 6 won't start on my new PC

good morning, I installed my lightroom 6.0 on a new computer. First I logged out of Lightroom on my old computer. Installed Lightroom 6.0 on my new computer and logged in. Despite this, Lightroom 6.0 does not start.
What can I do now that Adobe no longer supports this product?

No, I received nothing at all after registering, no notifications and LR did not start up. Or rather, nothing happened at all. And I could keep doing this several times in a row.
The problem is solved by the offline activation procedure.

What means "... does not start."? Do you get any messages?

Try the offline activation procedure.

If that doesn't work, then "Doesn't start" isn't particularly helpful. What happens? What do you see? If there is an error message, what is the exact complete word-for-word error message?
