lightroom 9.4 crash when import images

greetings,

i downloaded lightroom classic 9.4 free trial, but when i try to import images, it freeze and the only thing i can do is forced close (i work on a mobile pc with windows 10, intel core i5 10th generation, nvidia gefoce mx230, 8 gb ram). 

can you help me?
