Lightroom and Bridge not loading

Recently bought a new PC (Wired2Fire AMD R8845) I transferred everthing from old PC to new using Laplink software. On the new PC I opened Lightroom Classic and imported all of my many images. All OK.
I then went on to Creative Cloud and updated LR, LRC, Bridge and Photoshop to the latest versions.
PS opens and works, but LR, LRC and Bridge fail to do so. I tried uninstalling Bridge and then installing again but this has made no difference.

HELP!!!!

Thanks, Chris

Can I make some comments as I see your post explanations?-

1)  "I transferred everthing from old PC to new".  How? Ideally you should have done a fresh install of the apps from the CC Desktop App (not transferred in any other way).   Although your re-installs would have corrected this.

2)  I see all your catalog files are being synced (with Dropbox?) as there are the status symbols evident- Stop syncing catalogs with any Cloud feature (many reports of incompatibilities).

3)  "imported all of my many images."  Yes that was the wrong thing to do (as mentioned by @dj_paige  )

4)  This appears to be your latest working catalog- are you [Double-clicking] this .LRCAT file to open the catalog?  (STOP the syncing first!)

5) Backups are zipped (compressed) versions of your catalog that are saved in 'Date' folders.

To use a backup catalog as a test you need to extract the .LRCAT file from the ZIP folder, move the .LRCAT file to a new location (eg. Desktop), [Double-Click] the .LRCAT file to open the catalog (that was in the backup).

I hope my comments are helpful.

I used a transfer program called Laplink. that transferred the apps, not me, they appeared on the new PC desktop.  When I opened LrC it was devoid of images. Not having aknowledge of the catalog I imported all on my images , yes wrong as I've now been told. The transfer software used Dropbox, I don't use it and it appears that my images were put into OneDrive which seems to be what Windows 11 Pro does these days.

Generally, people recommend fresh install of the Lightroom Classic software and not some sort of transfer.

If you don't want to use OneDrive for your images, you can turn it off.  (I don't remember how, but I have done it. I'm sure Google knows how)

Please tell us what happens when you try to open Lightroom Classic. Please describe in detail.

Also, what is the version NUMBER of your operating system? If you know the version NUMBER of LrC, we need that as well. We need the version NUMBERs and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".

Apologies for transgressing and not giving correct details!!!
OS ... Windows 11 Pro 25H2
Lrc ... V15.1

LR ... V9.1

What happens when I double click the shortcut is nothing, the blue 'loading' circle turns briefly goes off and nothing opens. If I Right click then click open as administrator a box pops up asking if i want the program to make changes to the computer, if I click yes, the box disappears and nothing happens.

Photoshop 27.2 opens and works.

What happens if you unzip a recent backup copy of your catalog file, and then try to open that in LrC by double-clicking on it?

What happens if you hold down the Ctrl key and then try to open LrC and click on Create New Catalog?

On the new PC I opened Lightroom Classic and imported all of my many images. All OK.

By the way, this doesn't seem like the right thing to do; normally there is no importing of images when you move from one computer to another. I don't understand how all can be OK, you have lost your edit history, virtual copies and collections, and possibly other things as well.
