Lightroom Catalog Not Showing Up For Client

Hi there,

In Lightroom CC I do editing and culling for clients and we've always just exported the catalog and dropped it in Dropbox. I'll open it, do my edits and then the client can just open it on their end when I'm done and it's closed out. My new client, regardless if I just use the live catalog in Dropbox, or I export the catalog as a new catalog and send it to her, cannot see the same thing I am and cannot open it. The screenshots attached show what I see (thumbnails) and what she sees (list). Is there a new process on the latest updates or what am I suddenly doing wrong?

We're both on LR CC 14.0.1  |  OSX Sequoia 15.0.1
