Lightroom CC 2015.10.1 crashing

Hi,

I've recently been having an issue with Lightroom CC 2015.10.1 crashing on startup. Further investigation reveals that it only happens if mobile sync is turned on. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling LR to no avail. Currently running Windows 10 64-bit.

Whenever I start the sync, I get the following error:

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. !

Any thoughts?

After a lot of trial and error, I ended up clearing all the photos out one of my newer collections, and the issue has resolved itself. Seems as though something in that collection wasn't syncing properly and crashing the program. For now, I think the issue is under control. I can certainly still provide the crash log, if you like.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hi steveg,

As I understand that you are facing crash issue with Lightroom CC 2015.10.1. Please share the crash log with us so that we can find the root cause of this issue. How to find crash logs in Window, refer: Photoshop Elements Editor Help | How to Find Crash Logs on Windows

Also, you may try and update the Lightroom to CC 2015.12 version and check if that helps to fix this issue.
