Lightroom cc - brush use causes blotching, what can I do?

Lightroom cc - brush use causes blotching, what can I do? I already uninstalled LR and installed it again.

This is since the last update. And it happens on all my pictures. Please help it's causing me a lot of processing time.

And if I use the radial tool it doesn't happen.
