Lightroom CC classic, adobe server too slow

First of all, excuse my bad english. I have lightroom for years and I upgrade to photographic plan 1 year ago. First times I create collections 500-1000 photos and it uploads (smart previews)  very fast, 1000 items around 10 min. I have 300Mb download and 300Mb upload (tested one time and again and again). From 1 month I have issues with the uploads, to many files didn´t upload, and finally i cant use my collections to send to my clients or select the best images. I noticed that the upload speed decreases a lot, now I can´t upload more than 200Kb/s (the best moments) and I usually upload arround 10-20Mb/s. It´s looks the adobe server is out of performance, is ridiculous  to work with this bandwich. After a lot of calls to adobe, they can´t help me, and the last option was delete all my files from the creative cloud and upload again, now I have 150.000 images to upload but the actual speed is 3-4 images (smart previews) per minute. Please adobe, fix this problem, we paid for the service, but we need more speed to work with this software. We are professionals photographers and we need some security and good performance. We spent 5000€ in our work machines but we have the performance of my pentium 4 in terms of upload download images from your server.  what can we do to continue working with adobe software?? thanks for all

It wouldn't be the first time an ISP has reduced a customers bandwidth. Have you checked that internet upload/download speed is what it was when performance was acceptable, and what you're paying for?

at this moment We have 297 Mb/s download and 278Mb/s upload, but uploading speed of my lightroom is 118Kb/s, we hope in 3 months we can use again our galleries with our clients, until this.... we are out of bussines by adobe server speed. Its very frustrating, but We read a lot of users have the same issue synchronizing their collections.
