Lightroom CC does not look like tutorials

I want to subscribe to Lightroom CC but I am using the free trial to see if I like it, but it does not look like the tutorials I've been watching. It does not have the left panel or the top "Library Develop Map Book Slideshow Print". I'm not sure all the right features are there either. What's going on? Is Lightroom CC the same as the Lightroom 7? And does the mobile app offer all the features I need?

    These areas can be hidden and pop out when you mouse over them or they can be shown always.

    Hit the Tab key several time to show/hide the left and right panels.

    F5 function key to show/hide the top bar.

    F6 to show/hide the filmstrip.

    t to show hide the tool bar.

    \ key to show/hide the filter bar.
