Lightroom CC Freezes after launch for 180 seconds

Hi Guys, I really hope someone can help me here, Adobe support has been trying to find a solution for 5 months...

When I launch LR Classic (last few versions, just updated to 10.2 again) It will run for about 30 seconds and then freeze for 3 minutes. "application not responding "

It'll sometimes do this during import and export too.

OSX 10.15.7

3.5 Quad-Core i7

32GB Ram

4GB graphics Card.

I can happily run PS, FCPX and Motion all together, just LR that wont play.

Numerous reinstalls, versions etc.

Any ideas?

Do you use any plug-ins?

Logitech plug-in, in particular, can cause this problem, but I'm sure other plug-ins can cause this as well. Try disabling plugins one at a time to see if you can find the one causing this.

Thanks fior the suggestion, only the default ones but will disable them out of interest!

If that doesn't work (and I have to assume you've tried restting prefs), boot into safe mode (hold down S key when rebooting): does it still crash?
