Lightroom cc photo not found

Question

After installing LR CC in a new PC computer, and importing all photos, I see low resolution images of some files, and the message "photo is missing" in the histogram window in the top right for Navigator.

When I try to find the file and import I go to the folder, select the image, it says "No Photo Selected"

How do I import the missing photos?

Are you trying to transfer your LR system from the old computer to the new computer?

If yes, importing is the wrong action. See this link for the how to:
