Lightroom CC verursacht PC Absturz

Question

Hallo,seit ein paar Wochen verursacht Lightroom CC ständig Bläckscreens auf meinem PC. Das heißt, wenn ich Lightroom geöffnet habe, kommt es mal früher ,mal nach drei Mnuten oder erst nach 1 Stunde plötzlich zu einem schwarzen Bildschirm und der PC schaltet sich aus. Starte ich den PC wieder sind alle Einstellungen die ich vorgenommen hatte zurückgesetzt, auch die vom Browser! Ich habe berits alle Tips die es so gibt, mit ausschalten der externen Grafikkarte usw. ausprobiert. Vielleicht hat ja jemand einen Tip der hilft.Danke.

Which version of the operating system and Lightroom CC are you using? Does it seem to crash at random or after a particular action? Is this happening after any latest updates? What steps have you tried so far? Did you try to re-install the application?
